• Understanding of web markup, including HTML and CSS

What the job involves

• You’ll be responsible for creating new internal tools and applications, whilst constantly improving and optimising existing ones, which allow the Operations team to automate parts of their daily workload and hence reduce operating costs for the business
• As we grow, we will be adding more people to the team. This will allow the successful candidate to refine their role
• Build internal tools and applications to drive operational efficiency, using software such as Retool
• Design and maintain database systems for storing important operational information
• Manage and prioritise a backlog of development and bug tickets
• Determine areas of improvement within existing applications
• Working closely alongside stakeholders from Operations, CS, and engineering teams, to make sure the tools being developed are providing the best user experience possible
