Role Objective
We are looking for an Operations & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day operational, financial, procurement, inventory, and administrative functions of the company. The role is critical in ensuring smooth business operations through effective coordination of accounting activities, vendor management, procurement, dispatches, inventory tracking, documentation, and office administration.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across finance and operations while working closely with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Coordination
● Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, payment records, and expense documentation.
● Coordinate with the company's CA/accounting team for bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
● Track receivables and payables, and follow up on pending payments.
● Maintain accurate records of company expenses and operational transactions.
● Support the preparation of fi nancial reports and management summaries.
Procurement & Vendor Management
● Coordinate procurement of devices, components, consumables, office supplies, and other operational requirements.
● Obtain quotations, compare vendor proposals, and support purchase decisions.
● Maintain vendor databases and procurement records.
● Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Inventory & Dispatch Operations
● Maintain inventory records for products, accessories, and consumables.
● Coordinate packaging, dispatch, and shipment tracking of products.
● Ensure proper documentation for dispatches and deliveries.
● Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning and replenishment.
Office Administration and Operational Support
● Manage operational documentation, contracts, agreements, and records.
● Coordinate offi ce maintenance, asset management, and administrative activities.
● Support employee onboarding documentation and general HR coordination.
● Assist management with scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and payments
● Support process documentation and implementation of operational workfl ows.
● Maintain accurate records and MIS reports for management review.
● Identify opportunities to improve operational effi ciency and reporting systems.
Required Qualifi cations & Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Knowledge in accounting and fi nance
● 1–3 years of experience in accounts, administration, procurement, operations, or a similar role.
● Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
● Profi ciency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Offi ce.
● Strong organizational and documentation skills.
● Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
● Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
