This program is designed to develop future operations leaders through hands-on, project-based experience. Participants rotate through technical, supervisory, and project roles while contributing to initiatives that improve operational performance across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments within Operations (12-month assignments by location)

Lead and support projects in:

Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement

Quality Control & Continuous Improvement

Supply Chain & Operational Productivity

Plant, technology, and process improvements

Engineering and new product development

Work cross-functionally with engineers, supervisors, planners, and operations teams

Present project outcomes to senior leadership and executive sponsors

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, Aeronautical, Supply Chain, or related)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel and relocate

Strong interest in a career in operations management
