Job Title: Operational Accountant 2 / Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist

Location: West Des Moines, IA OR Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week

Contract Length: 12 months (potential to extend)

Rate: $27-30/hr

Interview Process: 30-minute MS Teams interview

Top Requirements

2+ years of operational accounting, supplier enablement, or AP-related experience
Experience with Ariba Buying & Invoicing and/or PeopleSoft
Supplier onboarding, setup, and maintenance experience
Ability to independently manage escalations and system issues

Plusses

Experience supporting Early Pay Discount or Virtual Card programs
UAT testing or system enhancement experience
Supplier compliance or sanctions screening exposure

Job Summary Supports supplier onboarding and operational accounting activities within Ariba and PeopleSoft, helping drive system accuracy, supplier enablement, and process improvements during ongoing platform migration efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage supplier setup, maintenance, and data clean-up
Resolve Ariba-PeopleSoft discrepancies
Troubleshoot supplier and internal escalations
Document procedures and identify process risks
Support UAT testing and enhancement initiatives
