Prepare and document operation processes and procedures
Prepare, record and update operation issues/support tickets
Prepare and record operation resources schedule
Coordinate and assist the resources allocation schedule
Perform preparation tasks to ensure resources and materials are available for operation processes
Enforce and control compliance to procedures and policies
Work with internal stakeholders to prepare customer support plan fulfilling requests from customers
Follow-up with stakeholders and tasks/ticket owner, and ensure proper closure of all tasks/tickets
Engage and correspond with customers, including handling customers request, complain, tickets, survey, feedback, etc.
Tracking and reporting operation support/project progress and status
Monitor operation KPI, and take necessary action to drive improvements.
Perform data collection, data analysis and prepare report
Plan, manage and execute Operations Excellence initiatives
Report and perform investigation on any inventory discrepancy, missing or damaged tools/equipment incident
Contribute to continuous improvement projects
Prepare, record and filling of documents
Perform 5S tasks to maintain and organize production environment
Job Summary / Purpose:
Operations Executive under Operations department is responsible to implement processes, execute operation procedures,
and preform administration tasks to enable operations as per procedures, requirements and standards.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
