Responsibilities:

• Check the entire content of the question (specifically, technical questions).
• Provide detailed feedback for every question.
• Review CMS for content quality based on content guidelines.
• Check content thoroughly for quality and accuracy.
• Approve or disapprove new and changed submissions based on policy guidelines.
• Analyze data and evaluate trends and patterns.
• Recommend generic patterns to be translated into rules.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks as per requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in American English and written communication.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
• Preferred technical education background.
• Knowledge of SQL and programming languages (preferred but not mandatory).
