Ergo IT Recruitment are seeking a permanent Level 1 Engineer for a fully onsite role with an MSP client based in West Dublin. This role is based between the client site in West Dublin and an end client site in Dublin City Centre. This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in an L1 support role who wants to deepen their technical skills in a dynamic MSP environment.

Deliver 1st line support to end users across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and virtual desktop environments
Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications
Provide support for MacOS devices and iPhones, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Perform basic Active Directory tasks such as user creation, password resets, and group management
Log, track, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs, escalating where appropriate
Provide onsite support at both locations
Assist senior engineers with small project tasks and device deployments
Follow established procedures to maintain security, compliance, and operational standards
What do you need?
1-3 years of experience in an L1 IT Support or Service Desk environment
Experience supporting Windows OS and MacOS
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications
