About the Role
We’re looking for a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Specialist to drive higher conversion rates across our acquisition funnels for GirlfriendGPT and SpicyChat.
Your mission: turn traffic from every source - paid, organic, referral, and direct - into engaged, paying users. You’ll focus on analyzing user flows, media performance, improving conversion through data-driven creative testing, and optimizing landing pages, onsite banners, and campaigns to maximize subscription rates.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Funnel Optimization:
Identify high-impact opportunities to improve user conversion at every step - from ad click to checkout - using data, A/B testing, and creative iteration in order to improve structure, messaging, CTAs, visual hierarchy, and UX to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Performance Analysis:
Establish a structured testing framework (A/B tests, multivariate tests) across ads, landing pages, and funnel steps. Review media buying metrics and user acquisition data to uncover insights that inform creative direction, copy testing, and landing page strategy. Maintain a clear experimentation backlog and document all experiments, assumptions, and learnings. Analyze results statistically to determine significance and translate findings into actionable insights.Implement continuous optimization loops based on test results and business goals.
Creative & Messaging Testing:
Partner with design and copy resources to request new ad creatives, run systematic creative tests, and rotate winning assets to avoid fatigue and maintain efficiency.
Onsite Marketing & Banner Management:
Own the marketing side of our CMS - decide what banners and offers are shown to which audience segments, track results, and optimize for conversion.
Campaign Execution:
Lead promotional marketing campaigns (sales, limited-time offers, feature launches) to increase subscription velocity and conversion during peak events.
