We’re looking for a Mobile Application Developer who wants real ownership in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll work directly on a production app used by real people, shipping improvements weekly (not “someday”). This is a hands-on role where your decisions matter across architecture, user experience, performance, reliability, and how we scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to turn high-impact ideas into polished, accessible features across iOS and Android. What you’ll do

• Build and maintain core features across iOS and Android in a modern cross-platform stack
• Own features end-to-end, including design input, implementation, testing, release, and iteration
• Improve app architecture, reliability, performance, and developer experience over time
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services (auth, analytics, subscriptions, notifications)
• Troubleshoot production issues, reduce crash rates, and strengthen observability
• Work closely with a small team where you can move fast, propose ideas, and see impact immediately

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) in production
• Strong Flutter/Dart fundamentals and mobile app architecture/state management
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with auth flows (OAuth/OIDC preferred)
• Familiarity with Firebase or similar services (push notifications, analytics, remote config)
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end: build, test, release, iterate, and support in production

Nice to have

• Subscriptions / in-app purchases (RevenueCat preferred)
• CI/CD for mobile releases and automated deployments
• Crash reporting and analytics (e.g., Sentry, Mixpanel)
• Ability to write small native modules for iOS/Android when needed
• Experience in health-tech/wellness or other user-trust-sensitive products
