At Olive Robotics, we build the next-generation of ROS-native sensor systems and embedded AI hardware for real-world robotics.

About the Role

We’re looking for a structured, hands-on, and reliable person to support our daily operations and help keep everything running smoothly at Olive Robotics. This is a hybrid role combining office management, operational support, and light technical involvement in a robotics startup environment. Perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, supporting a team, and being close to cutting-edge robotics development.

Your ResponsibilitiesOperations & Office

Coordinate shipping and logistics (robotics hardware, components)
Prepare invoices and support bookkeeping (with tax advisor)
Order parts, office supplies, and consumables
Maintain office/kitchen organization
Manage vendors and service providers
Track operational expenses
Support travel bookings and meeting logistics

Executive & Team Support

Assist CEO/CTO with administrative follow-ups
Prepare documents, proposals, and presentations
Track sales pipeline and CRM updates
Help organize internal processes
Ensure daily operational flow across the team

Light Technical Support (depending on background)

Assist in hardware assembly or prototype preparation
Support demo preparation
Help with documentation
Basic testing support

Your Profile

Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable taking ownership
Fluent in English (Native German is a strong plus)
Confident with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with bookkeeping basics preferred
Startup mindset
Engineering or technical background is a plus, but not mandatory
