Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations at our on-site location. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication within the company and with external partners. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and structured office environment.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing daily office operations
• Handling incoming and outgoing shipments (courier, postal services, packaging)
• Managing and organizing invoices, bills, and office documentation
• Supporting accounting by preparing documents for finance
• Scheduling and arranging meetings (internal & external)
• Coordinating office supplies and inventory
• Maintaining office order and cleanliness
• Supporting management with administrative tasks
• Assisting in event and visitor coordination

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and structured working style
• Basic understanding of invoices and administrative processes
• Good communication skills (German required, English preferred)
• Confident with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Independent and proactive personality
• Previous experience in office administration is a plus
