We're looking for an Office Assistant to join our Operations team and help keep things running smoothly day to day.

As an Office Assistant, you'll play an important part in keeping the office working well. The position covers a bit of everything: welcoming visitors, coordinating office logistics, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, all helping operations run efficiently.

Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a similar role (Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or equivalent).
University degree or grado superior in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Experience managing orders and inventory control processes.
Intermediate English level, with the ability to read and understand emails and documents.

Welcome visitors and coordinate meeting room bookings and setup.
Handle and manage incoming phone calls.
Support purchasing processes, including the management and tracking of incoming and outgoing orders.
Process, send, and receive shipments and packages, including checking and managing postal mail.
Monitor and maintain inventory of company assets, materials, and office supplies.
Assist with the organization of internal events.
Conduct regular warehouse inventory checks.
