About The Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional consulting and technical implementation within the retail industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions, gathering business requirements, configuring modules, performing customizations, and supporting deployment across retail operations.

This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology teams while ensuring scalable and efficient Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business processes into Odoo ERP solutions and functional specifications.
Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Odoo Enterprise implementations.
Experience with cloud deployments and performance optimization.
Prior exposure to distributed/remote delivery teams.
Odoo certifications are a plus.

Candidate Profile

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Ability to independently own deliverables and timelines.
