We’re looking for a passionate  Odoo Functional Expert  who thrives on solving business challenges and transforming operations through smart ERP solutions.

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to understand and map their processes
• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations across modules like Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, and HR
• Translate business needs into functional solutions within Odoo
• Configure and optimize Odoo modules for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with developers for custom features and integrations
• Conduct user training and ensure smooth adoption
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant/Expert
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Nice to Have

• Odoo certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Basic technical knowledge of Odoo (Python, PostgreSQL)
