What you'll be doing: * Establish NPI production lines at CM’s sites. * Lead internal and externals cross-functional teams to meet projects schedule. * Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset. * Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet projects requirements. What we need to see: * B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering * 2+ years of relevant experience * Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes. * Experience in leading projects with multi CMs/vendors * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process. * Well organized and have a keen eye for details. * Excellent English, reading, and writing. * Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
