The Business Development Associate (BDA) for Networks will report directly to the Networks Lead and serve as a critical partner in managing and growing Cover Whale’s aggregator and wholesaler relationships
In this highly collaborative two-person vertical, the BDA will provide both administrative and analytical support, helping to monitor performance, manage production data, and execute strategies that drive premium growth
The role will involve working in lockstep with the Networks Lead to maintain a granular understanding of each network partner’s activity, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and help manage day-to-day relationship development
This position blends data-driven analysis with operational execution, ensuring that the Networks vertical functions efficiently while building a strong foundation for strategic growth
Collaborate closely with the Networks Lead to monitor and manage the performance of aggregator and wholesaler partners, ensuring alignment with Cover Whale’s growth objectives
Conduct detailed analysis of production data, identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for increased submissions and premium growth
Prepare and maintain performance reports, scorecards, and any other tools to provide actionable insights for the Networks vertical
Support day-to-day partner relationship management by coordinating follow-ups, gathering partner feedback, and assisting in the execution of engagement initiatives
Assist in the evaluation of current and prospective network partners, providing research and recommendations based on market opportunities and strategic fit
Coordinate internal communications between underwriting, marketing, and other internal teams to facilitate partner needs and resolve operational issues promptly
Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Networks vertical
