Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and optimize network solutions, including routers, firewalls, switches, and security devices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance network performance and cost-efficiency.
Security & Compliance: Maintain and enforce network security standards. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and ensure systems are compliant with global security policies.
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security. Serve as a key escalation point for challenging incidents.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide solutions to enhance network performance and security, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Network Assessments & Optimization: Regularly assess network performance and identify vulnerabilities. Implement improvements to optimize both security and network efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive network diagrams, configurations, and documentation. Provide regular performance and security reports to key stakeholders.
Collaboration & Project Participation: Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure the successful and timely execution of IT projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure or System Engineering.
Hands-on experience with network devices such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, and similar technologies.
Expertise in SD-WAN, Huawei routers, firewalls, IPS, WAF, and related security technologies.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for network management.
Proven troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex network issues.
Ability to innovate and improve network infrastructure.
