POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform tasks as related to the service delivery of critical enterprise network environments. Responsible for Tier 2 problem resolution. Ensures information integrity and availability by applying best practice support across all network platforms as required. Implements end-to-end network solutions that are designed to specific business requirements. The person in this position is responsible for implementation and integration of complex network design initiatives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in a computer related field is required. 5 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years related experience, may be substituted for required education/experience. Professional certifications from one of the following preferred: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Netware Engineer (CNE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Experience in multiple vendor and platform environments is preferred.
