Position Overview
rgbWe are seeking a Senior Network Engineer (ISSE) to lead system security engineering efforts across accredited environments within the Intelligence Community. This role focuses on RMF implementation, system authorization, and secure network architecture across complex enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting A&A activities, SSP development, POA&Ms, and secure network design while collaborating with sponsors, engineers, and cybersecurity teams.

Lead RMF A&A efforts for new and existing systems
Develop and maintain SSPs, security requirements, and authorization artifacts
Evaluate security risks and develop mitigation strategies
Review and approve security-relevant system changes
Support incident response and cyber investigations
Advise sponsors on secure network and system architectures
Maintain compliance documentation and process improvements

Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
10+ years of ISSE / security engineering experience
Prior IC experience supporting accredited systems
Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST, SSPs, and POA&Ms
Experience with customer A&A tools
