Job Overview
The NetSuite Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting with analyzing, configuring, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP system for the organization. System Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations or custom solutions.
Assist in the implementation of new features, modules, and updates within NetSuite.
Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist in re-engineering business processes to optimize efficiency using NetSuite capabilities.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users experiencing system issues, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between NetSuite and other business systems.
System Integration:
Support integration efforts between NetSuite and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
Work with developers to design, test, and implement integrations using SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and other tools.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
Create and maintain custom reports, save searches, and dashboards to meet business needs.
Develop and automate reporting processes to provide timely, accurate business intelligence to management.
User Training and Documentation:
Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Document system processes, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
Upgrades and Testing:
Support NetSuite system upgrades, ensuring proper testing, validation, and rollout of new features.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate the impact of system updates on business operations.
Project Management Support:
Assist in project management activities, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for NetSuite-related projects.
Participate in project teams for system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Systems Analyst or in a similar role supporting NetSuite ERP.
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, Order Management, CRM, Commissions, and SuiteFlow.
Experience in business process analysis and ERP systems
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and reporting tools (Saved Searches, SuiteFlow).
Strong understanding of ERP best practices and how they align with business processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Familiarity with NetSuite integrations and data migration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Certifications (Preferred):
NetSuite Certified Administrator or NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.
Certification in relevant fields (e.g., Project Management) is a plus.
