This role is ideal for someone who understands content-first design , knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can translate creative direction into high-quality visuals quickly.

You will work directly with the founder and creative team to execute content that reaches creators, brands, and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Instagram posts, reels covers, story assets, and carousel graphics
• Develop visual assets for Starlyst Originals (lower thirds, title cards, promo visuals)
• Maintain and evolve Starlyst’s visual identity across platforms
• Convert raw ideas into polished creative executions quickly
• Collaborate with video editors and content producers for cohesive output
• Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with new visual directions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showing social media or media-driven design
• Strong typography and visual hierarchy skills
• Understanding of YouTube / IG / TikTok design psychology
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfort with feedback and iterative creative process
• Strong eye for cinematic and premium aesthetics

• Canva (fast execution workflows)
• After Effects or basic motion graphics (bonus)
• Figma (bonus)
