Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Molecular Biologist with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support molecular and genomic research activities, perform laboratory analyses, and contribute to scientific projects involving genetic testing and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, and library preparation.
Operate and support Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows and related protocols.
Prepare sequencing libraries and assist in sample processing for genomic analysis.
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of biological samples.
Collaborate with the scientific team to interpret results and support research projects.
Follow laboratory quality standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field.
3–5 years of laboratory experience in molecular biology.
Hands-on experience with NGS workflows (required).
Experience with sample preparation, library preparation, and sequencing protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
