The company is building Keikku, a clinical AI platform that transforms clinical sound and conversation into structured medical data. By combining digital auscultation, AI medical scribing, and generative clinical intelligence, Lapsi Health is creating a new interface for AI in healthcare designed to support clinicians and reduce the burden of medical documentation.
About the Role
We are looking for a
Mid-Senior Mobile Developer
(minimum 3 years of experience) with Flutter experience to join our development team.
The role focuses on implementing mobile features, integrating APIs and hardware devices, and solving problems in a real product environment. Also you will work on applications that interact directly with medical devices via Bluetooth (BLE), including audio signal processing and visualization.
We’re looking for someone proactive, product-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments—excited to work on real-world healthtech solutions using modern tools, including AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications in Flutter (iOS and Android)
- Integrate and consume REST APIs, including authentication and error handling
- Implement features that interact with devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Integrate and work with proprietary SDKs for hardware communication
- Participate in handling and processing audio signals within the app
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting using tools like Postman and logs
Requirements
- Experience developing mobile applications with Flutter
- Experience building apps for iOS and Android
- Mid-Senior level with the ability to work autonomously on feature implementation
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting (e.g., Postman)
- Experience with version control using GitHub
- Experience writing unit tests
- Knowledge of mobile application security best practices
- Technical and conversational English
Bonus
- Knowledge of Kotlin and/or Swift
- Experience working with Bluetooth (BLE)
- Experience integrating applications with hardware or external devices
- Experience working with audio (streaming or processing)
- Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience using AI tools for development
- Knowledge of backend architectures, including: AWS (EC2, serverless), NestJS, Databases such as MySQL and/or DynamoDB
- Knowledge of security standards or regulations such as HIPAA or GDPR
- Interest or experience in the healthtech / medtech sector
