Job Title: Mobile Channel Tech SME
Location: Dubai (Onsite – Al Asayel Street, Downtown)
Duration: 6-month contract (extendable)
Role Summary
Techno-functional Subject Matter Expert for Mobile & Digital Banking platforms, supporting Oracle OBDX and Mobile App implementations across GCC and international banking locations. Responsible for end-to-end solution analysis, vendor coordination, deployments, and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for Mobile & Digital Banking Channels
- Translate business requirements into functional & technical specifications
- Manage vendor delivery, deployments, and issue resolution
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, performance & integration testing
- Perform impact analysis, release readiness & production deployments
- Monitor mobile channel performance and ensure compliance with bank standards
- Collaborate with business, product, QA, and technology stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience in Mobile/Digital Banking platforms
- Strong Corporate Banking domain knowledge (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Banking / Digital Channels
- Experience with Oracle OBDX or similar platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of core banking systems & integrations
- Experience in SDLC, large-scale banking transformations & change management
- API integration experience (API Connect or similar tools)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
