We are looking for a ML Team Leader who will own key parts of our platform, guide a strong engineering team, and help us scale a modern SaaS product that sits at the heart of healthcare operations.

What you will do

• Lead a backend engineering team, including ownership of delivery, quality, and technical direction.
• Design and evolve the system architecture for a multi tenant SaaS platform that must meet high reliability, performance, and security standards.
• Work closely with data, algo, and product teams to integrate models and optimization engines into robust backend services.
• Take an active hands on role in development, up to 50 percent of your time, including coding, code reviews, design reviews, and complex problem solving.
• Build and maintain scalable, observable, and secure backend infrastructure, including APIs, services, and data flows.
• Drive best practices in software engineering, such as testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
