The role

ML and quant research engineering at top London firms, total comp up to £500k+.

These are firms applying machine learning and statistical modelling to financial data at scale.

The data is rich, the feedback loops are immediate, and the bar for engineering rigour is unusually high.

The work

• Apply ML and statistical methods to time-series, signal generation, or execution problems
• Build and deploy production ML systems on financial data
• Run rigorous experimentation against meaningful baselines
• Partner with quants, traders, and engineers across the firm

What you bring

• Strong ML or quantitative research background, ideally with production experience
• Deep statistical fundamentals: regression, time-series, hypothesis testing
• Strong Python and SQL, plus comfort going lower-level when required
• Track record of high-quality work in technically rigorous environments
