What You’ll Do

• Lead AI product implementations at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Take ownership of client success, driving renewals and upsell opportunities through continuous collaboration and proactive support.
• Train and onboard users, ensuring they get maximum value from our products.
• Be the key link between our clients and product teams, influencing the future of mining technology.
• Travel to mine site UP TO 50% of your time every month.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge in mining, processing, or software implementation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients and drive successful technology adoption.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation in mining tech.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to remote mining sites.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in project delivery within the mining industry, ideally within plant operations. Experience in implementing SaaS or AI solutions is a bonus.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
• Proactive leadership, decision-making under minimal supervision, and collaborative team spirit.
• A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
