What You’ll Do

Lead AI product implementations at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Take ownership of client success, driving renewals and upsell opportunities through continuous collaboration and proactive support.
Train and onboard users, ensuring they get maximum value from our products.
Be the key link between our clients and product teams, influencing the future of mining technology.
Travel to mine site UP TO 50% of your time every month.

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical knowledge in mining, processing, or software implementation.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to build trust with clients and drive successful technology adoption.
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation in mining tech.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to remote mining sites.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

3+ years’ experience in project delivery within the mining industry, ideally within plant operations. Experience in implementing SaaS or AI solutions is a bonus.
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Proactive leadership, decision-making under minimal supervision, and collaborative team spirit.
A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
