What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of AI-driven software products at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to understand operational needs and configure customised technology solutions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring full adoption and value realisation.
• Act as the primary contact between our engineering/product teams and clients, collecting feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Support regional business growth through client engagement, renewals, and solution expansion.
• Train and onboard users, ensuring they get maximum value from our products.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering

  , or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in mining operations, process optimisation, or deploying new technology or software solutions within the industrial or mining sectors.

• Exposure to AI

  or digital transformation

  initiatives is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%

  of your time. A valid driving licence

  is required.

• Physically fit to travel to mining sites located at high altitude (subject to mandatory health checks).

• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills ( English and Spanish are mandatory

  ). Portuguese is a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in B2B client relationship management.

• Proactive leadership, decision-making under minimal supervision, and collaborative team spirit.

• A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
