We’re looking for a proactive Middle Python Developer to develop and maintain our ML platform and its operations, focusing on providing data access APIs, building services for running ML pipelines, supporting third-party tools, creating model validation and export workflows, and delivering applied solutions. You will contribute to a core, stable, and scalable foundation that enables efficient ML development and operations across the organization, working on tools for model validation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our training infrastructure, enabling model trainers to test, train neural networks efficiently.
• Design, build, and maintain libraries that provide reliable access to data for training pipelines, create model validation and export workflows, and deliver applied solutions.
• Deploy and support third-party tools (CVAT, FiftyOne, MLflow, Jupyter, etc.).
• Actively participate in brainstorming and design discussions to improve processes and tools.
• Proactively identify weak spots in our system and suggest improvements to increase performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience in Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms to write optimized and scalable code.
• Experience or strong willingness to grow in the frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React). Comfortable picking up UI tasks as needed.
• Confident in using LLM-based tools to write clean, efficient code and to accelerate work across the stack.
• Strong experience deploying and managing services in Kubernetes.
• Very good verbal and written English skills (at least B2+).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience working with large-scale video data (e.g. multi-terabyte datasets, storage optimization, video preprocessing pipelines).
• Experience with technologies from our stack: Django, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes.
