You will act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, combining business analysis with elements of account management and product ownership. This role goes beyond documentation — you’ll influence decisions, align stakeholders, and help shape AI-powered products that deliver measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into an Account Strategist position and take real responsibility for client success, not just execution support.

What You’ll Do

Support Requirements Gathering

• Lead and co-lead client interviews, discovery calls, and workshops to uncover business goals, constraints, and success metrics.

  • Analyze and structure business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Own the creation of user stories, process diagrams, functional requirements, and prioritization inputs.

Collaborate with Founders & Teams

• Act as a key communication bridge between clients, founders, and delivery teams.

  • Ensure business needs are clearly understood by technical teams.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and misalignments and drive resolution.

Work with US Clients & New Business

• Communicate directly with US-based clients, including enterprise and well-known brands.Take ownership of parts of the account relationship, including ongoing alignment, expectation management, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in tailoring AI solutions to specific industry and client needs.

Contribute to AI Product Development

• Research AI tools, frameworks, and market trends.

  • Help prepare feature specifications and test scenarios.
  • Support quality checks and collect feedback for improvement.

Learn & Grow

• Build skills in account ownership, product thinking, and AI solution design.
• Learn to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education:

• 3+ years in business analysis, product,account management or tech-related roles.
• Proven experience working on client-facing projects, including direct communication with external stakeholders.
• Degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills:

• Fluent English is a must.

  • Strong business analysis and problem-structuring skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, delivery).
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Curiosity about AI and digital products.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Excel, and ChatGPT.
