Position Summary 🧐

We are looking for a hands-on Mid-Level Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience to take ownership of key parts of our stack. This role sits at the intersection of backend development, cloud infrastructure, and security, ideal for someone who is comfortable across several areas rather than a single narrow specialization. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll have real ownership of the work you do and direct visibility into how it impacts people’s health.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll be Doing 💪

• Own and manage SQL databases: schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Maintain and improve Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Handle network and security responsibilities including key management, VPN configuration, and secrets management.
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Manage priorities independently and communicate proactively with the team and stakeholders.

Requirements – What You’ll bring to the table 🧑 💻

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL databases and data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps: pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with network security, secrets management, and VPN configuration.
• Backend development skills with .NET and C#.
• Comfortable working across infrastructure and development — a generalist mindset in a startup context.
• Self-sufficient with strong ownership: able to manage your own priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications – Good to have 💡

• Mobile app development experience with Angular and Ionic.
