Our Salesforce Practice supports complex, multi-cloud implementations using Agile delivery and modern engineering standards.

Position Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Mid-Level Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for an enterprise implementation. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with solid Salesforce experience who is ready to take on more complex technical responsibilities within a structured delivery environment.

The developer will work closely with Senior Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce components using both programmatic and declarative tools.

Key Responsibilities Technical Development

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and asynchronous processing.
• Implement declarative automation aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Write efficient, reusable, well-documented code that adheres to platform standards.

Solution Execution

• Translate functional and business requirements into technical tasks with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support testing cycles by troubleshooting defects and validating functionality.
• Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping and transformations.

Quality & Governance

• Follow coding standards, naming conventions, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with governor limits, security requirements, and architectural guidelines.
• Contribute to version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom components and integrations.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with senior developers and architects to ensure alignment with solution design.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical considerations clearly to project leads.
• Engage with client stakeholders to clarify technical requirements when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Administrator certification.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
• Experience with middleware or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce Clouds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
