Codo Lab is hiring a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer.

Location: Lithuania only

Work model: remote / hybrid in Vilnius

Salary: €2,800–€4,200 gross/month , depending on experience

We need someone who delivers impactful product features fast, not just closes tickets.

You’ll work with a practical modern stack:

React / Next.js / TypeScript

Node.js / Fastify / APIs

PostgreSQL / Prisma / Supabase

Vercel / Docker / GCP

AI tools that actually help, not for show.

What we need:

– 3+ years of professional development experience

– Ability to work across frontend and backend

– Strong ownership: you can take a feature from an unclear requirement to production

– Clean, maintainable code and good communication

– Comfortable working in a small team where context changes fast

– English and Lithuanian languages are a must
