Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to lead and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform initiatives that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Budget: PKR 200,000 – 300,000 per month
- Location: On-site, Green Forts 2
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Project Exposure: Opportunity to support and contribute to multiple projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Design, implement, and manage Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows and business process automations.
- Drive CRM governance initiatives, maintain data quality standards, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and capture teams to align CRM processes with business objectives.
- Manage security roles, system integrations, deployments, environment strategy, and platform governance.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
- Experience managing opportunity pipelines, sales processes, and forecasting methodologies.
- Solid understanding of CRM governance, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and environment management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse, and broader Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
