This is a part time, on-site role based in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, for Microsoft Fabric Data Analysts and Data Engineering Trainers. The role involves delivering classroom training for weekend batches, designing training programs, and conducting workshops on Microsoft Fabric, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering concepts. Trainers will also guide and mentor participants in understanding advanced data engineering and analytics techniques, ensuring their readiness to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.

Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
Deep understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling
Excellent Communication skills to effectively deliver training content
Prior experience in training or mentoring in data-related fields is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and relevant data tools is advantageous
Ability to effectively manage and engage participants in classroom training
Relevant certifications or educational qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields
