About SirenOpt The goal of SirenOpt is to improve the yield, performance, and safety of advanced materials, which are critical components in batteries, semiconductors, aerospace, power generation, electronics, and many other high-growth manufacturing segments. SirenOpt makes a manufacturing intelligence platform that non-destructively collects critical manufacturing data that is otherwise unobtainable and uses that data to quantify, understand, and mitigate manufacturing variability in real time.
SirenOpt is pioneering a paradigm shift in advanced materials characterization by leveraging cold atmospheric plasma, machine learning and predictive analytics to non-destructively create uniquely distinctive, multifaceted material fingerprints in real-time. SirenOpt transforms current measurement blind spots into rich multi-layered material insights, which enable intelligent performance-centric decision-making. SirenOpt thus accelerates R&D and process optimization, enhances product performance, and enables higher production quality for manufacturers to maximize value in both standalone (benchtop) and factory integrated (in-line) applications.
SirenOpt is currently deploying early versions of its platform to industrial manufacturers and research institutions in North America, Europe, and Asia and will launch fully commercialized products in 2026.
