Role Overview We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React Native to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Design and consume RESTful APIs
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in MERN Stack development
• Strong experience with React Native
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with MongoDB / MySQL
• Knowledge of Git / Version Control
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / Azure is a plus)

Good to Have

• Experience with Redux / Zustand
• Familiarity with Docker / CI-CD pipelines
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
