Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Memory Design Engineer for an on-site position at our Bengaluru South location. The Memory Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, simulating, and verifying high-performance memory systems. Responsibilities include architecture development, circuit design, layout optimization, performance analysis, debugging issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The engineer will also participate in design reviews, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support test and validation efforts to guarantee quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in memory architecture, circuit design, and layout optimization
• Proficiency in simulation tools, debugging, and performance analysis techniques
• Strong knowledge of VLSI design concepts and semiconductor technologies
• Experience with advanced verification methodologies and hardware description languages
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry standards and methodologies in memory design
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Bengaluru South
