The Role Output has built a biological reasoning model that understands biology at the scale and complexity life actually operates. Our model independently learned the principles of molecular interactions, opening up drug treatments that were previously impossible. We're already generating therapies that traditional approaches cannot reach. The hardest problems in both AI and biology are being solved here, and you will be the reason the team can fully focus on solving them.

Output is currently in stealth, operated by a team of repeat founders and biotech veterans with multiple exits in AI x Bio, and backed by top-tier VCs including Y Combinator.

This is not a calendar-and-travel role. You will own the operations that everything else runs on, enabling the founders to operate at their highest level and the team to focus on science instead of logistics. On the business side, you keep our Union Square headquarters running smoothly. On the personal side, you keep the co-founders' professional and personal logistics organized. Every day will be different, and you will often be the one to figure out how. As the company grows, so will your role and opportunities.

• You will own day-to-day operations of our Union Square headquarters: supplies, building management liaison, vendor coordination from sourcing quotes to seeing work through, and first response for facility issues

About You

• You have at least 4 years of experience in operations, office management, executive or personal assistance, or workplace experience roles, with small-company or startup environments strongly preferred
• You are energized by a role that blends business and personal support. If you began in personal assistant or household management roles and moved into office operations, we encourage you to apply
• You approach operations as ownership, not task execution: you think about what the team needs before they ask, build systems instead of one-off fixes, and treat the office as your product
• You have a service mindset and take pride in the small details that make a big difference. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked

• You have a background in business
• You have experience supporting founders or executives at an early-stage startup
• You have planned recruiting, community, or investor-facing events
• You have built office procedures, SOPs, or onboarding programs from scratch
