Acorai is developing the world's first non-invasive cardiac and pulmonary pressure monitoring platform designed to provide objective hemodynamic insight without the need for right-heart catheterization or implantable sensors.

The platform combines advanced multi-modal sensing and machine learning to estimate pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) and right atrial pressure (RAP) at the point of care, enabling repeatable hemodynamic assessment in minutes.

Over the past 12 months, Acorai has reached several major milestones:

• Completed CAPTURE-HF, a 1,600-patient study across 20 hospitals in 6 countries
• Presented multiple CAPTURE-HF abstracts at HFSA, ESC-HFA, THT and CSI
• Secured FDA Breakthrough Device Designation

Today, the most critical signals for heart failure management are intracardiac and pulmonary pressures

that are only available through invasive procedures such as right-heart catheterization or implantable sensors. This forces clinicians to make high-stakes decisions without repeatable, point-of-care hemodynamic insight.

Acorai addresses this gap by enabling non-invasive, point-of-care pressure assessment, allowing clinicians to better guide therapy, optimize discharge decisions, and reduce avoidable readmissions.

THE ROLE

Acorai is seeking senior cardiologists, heart-failure specialists, and healthcare executives to join its Board of Advisors and support the company through its next phase of clinical execution, adoption, and capital formation.

This role is designed for individuals who bring clinical credibility, system-level insight, and long-term alignment with Acorai’s mission and growth.
