Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated new grad engineer to join our engineering team. Responsibilities
- Building and running large-scale benchmarks across multiple vendors (AMD, NVIDIA, TPU, Trainium, etc.
- Designing reproducible CI/CD pipelines in Python & YAML, etc. to automate benchmarking workflows
- Ensuring reliability and scalability of systems used by industry partners
Requirements
- Strong skills in Python
- Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or systems-level problem solving
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Curiosity about GPUs, TPUs, Trainium, multicloud, and performance benchmarking
Growth Areas
- Develop strong fundamentals in performance engineering, benchmarking methodologies, and system optimization across leading AI hardware platforms
- Gain hands-on experience working with large-scale distributed systems and real-world infrastructure used by industry partners
- Build expertise in designing reliable, scalable, and reproducible engineering workflows using modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
