Role Summary
Image Analysis Group (IAG) is looking for an experienced Medical Writer with strong expertise in medical imaging and scientific communications to support clinical trials powered by our DYNAMIKA platform. You will develop high‑quality imaging charters, scientific publications, regulatory-aligned documents, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate complex imaging strategies and endpoints. You will work closely with internal scientific leaders, operations teams, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to deliver precise, compliant documentation that supports successful trials across MSK, oncology, neuro-oncology, immunology, and other key therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Author, update, and maintain imaging charters, imaging manuals, and related central imaging documentation for clinical trials.
- Draft and contribute to scientific abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and publications for major conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
- Partner with operations, project management, and scientific leadership to collect, refine, and present accurate scientific content for sponsors and collaborators.
- Translate complex imaging strategies, response assessment criteria, and AI-powered analytics outputs into clear, structured scientific narratives.
- Ensure all written materials are consistent with clinical protocols, regulatory expectations, and IAG’s SOPs and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of medical writing experience within an imaging CRO, CRO, or clinical research environment, preferably with central imaging or radiology focus.
- Proven hands-on experience with imaging charters and imaging-specific trial documentation.
- Demonstrated track record of drafting abstracts, posters, and publications for scientific conferences and journals.
- Strong understanding of response assessment criteria (e.g., RECIST 1.1, RANO, volumetric analyses, semi-quantitative scoring, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; clear, fluent, and scientifically rigorous.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global, remote-first setting and engaging with clients, sites, and KOLs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality documents within agreed timelines and quality standards.
