The Department of Surgery is seeking a part‑time Medical Secretary II to support a Thoracic Surgeon at St. Joseph’s Healthcare – Charlton Campus.
This role will provide administrative and scheduling support for a thoracic surgery practice, including clinic coordination, patient communication,
appointment scheduling, EMR management, and general workflow support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
