Job Description
Medstown is seeking a dynamic, field-driven Medical Representative to lead the expansion of our B2B network across Hyderabad. This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong communication skills and on-ground ownership to onboard
local pharmacies, doctor clinics, hospitals, and pet clinics
onto the Medstown platform.

Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy, Clinic & Hospital Onboarding
- Identify, visit, and onboard
local medical stores, clinics, hospitals, and pet clinics
into the Medstown partner network.
- Conduct daily field visits across assigned territories to meet potential partners.
Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner onboarding, training, and support.
Pitching & Presentation
- Explain Medstown’s value proposition, product features, and business benefits to potential partners.
- Demonstrate how Medstown helps increase revenue, improve patient service, and streamline medicine delivery.
Execution & Territory Management
- Strategize and execute plans to expand the partner network rapidly across regions.
- Maintain detailed reports on daily visits, conversions, pipeline, and territory performance.
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, customer success) to ensure seamless partner activation.
- Address partner queries, collect feedback, and escalate issues when necessary.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular market research to identify new areas, potential competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
- Keep the company updated on on-ground trends from pharmacies and clinics.
Performance-Driven Work
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Drive adoption & activation of partners post-onboarding.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience
in medical sales, pharma marketing, or similar field roles.
- Prior experience as a
Medical Representative, Field Sales Executive, or Healthcare BD professional
is strongly preferred.
- Strong existing connections with pharmacies, clinics, or hospitals is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Hyderabad for field visits.
