Technical Expertise

Data science background and a deep understanding of managing large databases
Demonstrated deep knowledge of AI and large language models
Experience with or strong interest in prompt engineering
Comfort with iterative testing and rapid prototyping
Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Exceptional writing and editorial skills for medical content
Experience developing clinical protocols or guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience at healthcare technology companies or digital health startups
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy
