Medical & Clinical Support (Medical Robotics)
Location: Shanghai, China
International Assignments: Taiwan / France / USA (approx. 6-9 months)

We are a cutting-edge medical robotics company seeking a Clinical Specialist with strong clinical expertise and a global mindset. You will act as the bridge between surgeons and our robotic systems, supporting the full cycle of clinical research—from pre-op planning to post-op analysis. You will also have the opportunity to be stationed overseas to support international clinical trials and academic exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support & Data Management
- Provide technical and clinical support throughout robotic surgeries, including pre-operative patient screening, product introduction, intraoperative robotic assistance, and post-operative data collection/archiving.
- Document product anomalies in real time, report them promptly, and assist in resolution; support the team in summarizing clinical data periodically.
- Verify pre-clinical product status, record and escalate any unexpected situations during operation.
- Contribute to writing clinical publications, academic reports, and conference abstracts to facilitate the dissemination of clinical outcomes.
- Project Coordination & Promotion
- Help enhance enrollment progress and quality by collaborating with clinical departments and principal investigators.
- Maintain close communication with the clinical team, ensure project timelines and quality control, and provide technical support in meetings.
- Academic Promotion & International Project Support
- Assist in international clinical trial support, data collection/feedback, and technical guidance per global project needs.
- Support technical presentations and product demonstrations at international exhibitions and academic conferences.
Qualifications:
Language & Mobility
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
- Based in Shanghai initially, and able to adapt to approx. 6-9 months of international assignments (Taiwan, France, USA).
- Candidates holding a Taiwan passport or able to work in Taiwan for extended periods are preferred.
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research support, device scrubbing/instrumentation, research assistant, or clinical trial coordination.
- Prior experience in operating room support, medical robotics, or clinical data management is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated scientific thinking and experience in drafting clinical manuscripts/publications is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and adaptability to cross-cultural and cross-regional work environments.
- Team player, willing to travel periodically.
