Gosia Genomics specializes in wellness genetics testing for women, with a focus on medical aesthetics, skincare, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization. We combine AI-driven genetic insights with personalized wellness consultations to help women make informed decisions about their skin health, beauty routines, dietary choices, and lifestyle across their lifetime.
The Opportunity
We're seeking Registered Nurses with aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness experience to provide virtual skincare wellness consultations. You'll work with clients to develop customized skincare optimization strategies based on their goals, concerns, skin history, and lifestyle - enhanced by genetic insights when available.
This is a flexible, remote contractor role — consultations available both as standalone services and as add-ons to our wellness genetic tests.
What You'll Do
- Comprehensive Skin Wellness Assessment: Conduct 30-45 minutes consultations about skin concerns, goals, current routines, and lifestyle factors
- Personalized Skin Care Plans: Design customized skincare regimens based on skin type, concerns, and wellness goals
- Evidence-Based Recommendations: Guide clients on products, active ingredients, and skincare approaches aligned with current dermatological research
- Holistic Wellness Coaching: Advise on nutrition, hydration, sun protection, sleep, stress management, hormonal factors, and lifestyle modifications affecting skin health
- Genetics Testing Results Integration: For clients with genetics wellness results, review the already-interpreted report and incorporate wellness insights into personalized recommendations (you will NOT interpret genetic data)
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (current, in good standing)
- 3+ years nursing experience in one or more of the following: Dermatology, Medical aesthetics / Medical spa, Plastic surgery / Cosmetic procedures, Women's health, Wellness / Integrative health
Additional Requirements:
- Current professional liability insurance (malpractice coverage)
- Strong consultation and patient education skills
- Comfortable with telehealth/video platforms
- Client-centered, empathetic communication style
- Passion for evidence-based skincare and holistic wellness
Strongly Preferred:
- Multi-state nursing license (Nurse Licensure Compact) for broader reach
- Specialty certifications: Certified Dermatology Nurse (DNC), Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS)
- Experience in patient wellness coaching or health education
