Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead business growth for our marketing agency specializing in content creation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong PR, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close high-value clients and scale revenue rapidly.
This role is for someone who understands the agency ecosystem, can sell results, not just services, and has the hunger to grow aggressively.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive rapid business growth
• Generate new business through PR, networking, partnerships, referrals, and cold/warm outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
• Pitch agency services including content creation, social media marketing, paid ads (Meta/Google), influencer marketing, and performance campaigns
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closing
• Collaborate with the strategy and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly & quarterly revenue targets
• Represent the agency at industry events, meetups, and networking forums

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development (marketing or digital agency experience preferred)
• Strong PR network and ability to open doors quickly
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, content, and performance-driven campaigns
