Responsibilities :

Launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max)
Spot growth opportunities through data, testing, and experimentation
Own testing across keywords, bidding, audiences, creatives & landing pages
Work closely with creative & CRO teams to build winning ad assets
Track performance via dashboards and clearly communicate insights

What we expect from you:

2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience in high-spend environments
Proven success scaling budgets €30K/day+
Strong understanding of attribution & performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV)
Data-driven, analytical, and highly autonomous
Experience with Meta Ads or other platforms is a plus
