The Role In your role as the Mechanical Engineer Manager at RESONIKS, you will be a key player in the creation and development of mechanical systems essential to our acoustic quality control solutions. Your skills and knowledge will drive our projects from start to finish, ensuring we consistently exceed the technical and functional expectations of our clients.

This is an on-site role, based in Tampere, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Design and Optimise Mechanical Systems: Lead the development and enhancement of mechanical systems, ensuring seamless integration with our cutting-edge acoustic technology.
• Cultivate Customer and Supplier Relationships: Actively engage with customers and suppliers, fostering strong, professional relationships and maintaining transparent communication channels.
• Leverage Advanced CAD Tools: Utilise state-of-the-art CAD software to develop detailed engineering designs and comprehensive documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met, quality standards are maintained, and the final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Skillfully handle multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing resources and timelines effectively.

Requirements And Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, demonstrating a successful track record in project delivery.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated expertise in CAD software, with a strong preference for SolidWorks.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to maintain a strategic overview and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Strong ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Finnish or German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at various business and industry events.
